How Cookping works

Cookping has two halves: a recipe hub your followers read, and an Instagram automation that delivers those recipes when people comment.

The recipe hub

You create recipes with a title, cover image, ingredients, steps, times, servings, difficulty, tags, and notes, then publish a mobile-first recipe page. The page loads fast, carries your branding, and lets followers save, share, and optionally leave an email — no account required.

The automation

Connect an Instagram professional account, pick a post or Reel, and choose a trigger keyword like recette. When a follower comments that keyword, Cookping matches it and sends the configured recipe link through official Meta messaging when the delivery is inside Instagram's allowed messaging window. You can optionally require a follow before the link is sent.

Safe delivery

Cookping keeps an idempotency record per automation, comment, and Instagram user, so a follower is messaged once even if Meta delivers a webhook more than once. It also enforces Instagram's 24-hour messaging window automatically and skips stale deliveries instead of sending them. Follow-status checks only run after the follower has created an eligible messaging interaction, in line with Meta's consent rules.

Analytics

Every matched comment, delivery, recipe page visit, click-through, and email capture feeds the dashboard, so you can see which recipes and posts drive the most engagement.
